极差的一次住店感受，开了三间房开多了一间，然后不给退，打电话客服，客服推酒店，酒店推携程，最后一直拖到晚上12点，说给我找专员处理这个事情，结婚一等就没信了，进去有两部电梯，一部高楼层一部低楼层，前台也没提醒哪部电梯可以到，走的时候停车票也不给！真的太差了，600多真心不值，连两百块一间的酒店都不如，从来没住过这么差的酒店，服务极差，服务人员完全没有一点机灵劲儿，住的难受

酒店很棒，设施都达到了5星标准，并没有很多人说的掉价，就是为啥没得个冰箱，住在24楼，直接俯瞰成都东站，夜景很棒，而且最关键的是，真的离东站入口超级超级近！！就过个马路就到了！！多亏这个，我完美赶上了动车……

进出成都东站高铁方便，只是一般都由地下二楼进出，第一次到访会误认为check in在何处-常常看不到服务人员引导，房间还不错啦，只是没有冰箱，跟服务员反应后有装上，可是冰箱内只有送风，无法运作，饮料放在裏面变成温的，无法想象。以装潢来说是还不错，除了地点比较ok外，其他比较没有特别的，冰箱设备有待改进。
