极差的一次住店感受，开了三间房开多了一间，然后不给退，打电话客服，客服推酒店，酒店推携程，最后一直拖到晚上12点，说给我找专员处理这个事情，结婚一等就没信了，进去有两部电梯，一部高楼层一部低楼层，前台也没提醒哪部电梯可以到，走的时候停车票也不给！真的太差了，600多真心不值，连两百块一间的酒店都不如，从来没住过这么差的酒店，服务极差，服务人员完全没有一点机灵劲儿，住的难受
