香格里拉的服务标准值得称赞。酒店设施维护得当，但是个别房间还是有不小的潮味，抽湿机作用不大。早餐餐厅布局有点分散，人多的时候取餐互相干扰造成一定的拥挤。

海口比较好的酒店，位于西海岸，适合休闲自驾，停车有地上和地下，距离市区比较远，交通不方便。现在淡季，价格便宜。

总的来说都可以，就是房间及家具有装修的难闻化学气味，晚上8点入住的，只能把椅子搬到阳台，在阳台呆了一晚，第二天一大早就赶紧离店了，我这样的过敏体质住酒店真的风险大！

这次在海口住了四晚上，第五晚由于没有提前网上下单，被告知高级海景房没有了，我找艺龙协调也没有办法，请问你们平时客房不满的时候需要我们吗？我还有一天就回家了，难道最后一晚你让我搬出去住？这不是一个国际酒店集团的做法。我很失望，对香格里拉，更对艺龙，我是艺龙的铁杆粉丝，什么机票，酒店，旅游都用艺龙，但是两次我最需要艺龙帮助的时候，他告诉我的只有不好意思，对不起等等套话！一次从版纳回家，由于版纳没有南航的售票窗口，买不了婴儿票，找艺龙他们居然没有办法，我自己打电话给南航客服，协调了两个小时才处理好，差点一家7口人走不了！我对艺龙失望透顶，我准备卸载艺龙，再见，不见！

只有阳台的角落能看到海……周围没有配套，商场需要走20分钟。酒店的其他设施都还不错，服务也很好啦，身体不舒服可以帮忙延迟退房，比较人性化。后花园很大，走5分钟就到海滩，海滩没开发，人也不多。度假真的是很适合…
