总的不错，外籍服务生很有礼貌，房间也很干净有序，冬天去海风还是有点冷，夏天效果估计更理想，下次还住香格里拉！

办理入住的时候，酒店说是客房没打扫好，要我等待四十分钟，结果一等两个小时，要是我不去催前台，三点都拿不到房，结果两点多才入住。进了房间更无语了，前台说是基础房型离电梯有点远，远就算了，拿到的房间是在马路边上的，阳台望出去一大片工地，这也叫海景房？？？再基础房型好歹也挂海景两个字，下次索性就叫城景房好了，能不能不要拿海景房的价钱忽悠顾客！！！一大早外面广播就吵死根本没办法睡觉。更无语的是酒店服务员，早上敲门，下午敲门，晚上还敲门，说是打扫卫生，没有让打扫啊，一天三次敲门，还让不让人休息了！！！总而言之，是住过五星级酒店，体验最差的一次！
