房间乾净整洁无异味，早餐很不错，拍照出片，前台小陈小万小罗小周服务很好，身份证遗忘在酒店，前台罗小哥帮忙及时喊闪送送到景区，遗漏的物品还帮忙邮寄快递到家，五星好评，满意下次还会再来的

这次的住宿体验非常满意。
房间整体相当乾净整洁，一走进去就让人感到放松安心。床铺尺寸很大，躺起来非常舒适，支撑度也很好，一夜好眠完全没问题。浴室采用乾湿分离设计，使用起来相当方便，也让空间保持清爽，细节让人感觉很贴心。
另外，电梯出口处设计了可爱的玩具造型装饰，一出电梯就让人眼睛一亮，增添不少趣味与惊喜感，让整体住宿氛围更加分

强烈推荐这家酒店！位置在市中心，到西湖溜达几步路就到，交通特别方便。店里的工作人员小万小陈态度都特别好，不管问什么都耐心解答，服务超细心。早餐好吃又管饱，离店的时候还收到了小礼物，感觉特别暖心，性价比超高！
