The hotel was under construction. I had to enter through an area that looked like the kitchen. No kind of luggage help provided, and the hotel didn't even tell me about the construction.
My AC didn't work. They don't provide me help or a room change (it seems that they expected I sleep in this incredibly hot weather without AC ...). I had to manage all through Trip. And when I woke up, the AC was broken again! Heat air in this city? With this heat and humidity? Incredible ... not the best service at all.
The front desk didn't even know what an international visa looks like. I understand you don't speak English (my Chinese is the worst). But if you accept international guests, at least know the basics. It's very frustrating to do others job.
And the shower has this disgusting thing. Seriously, very sad experience in Hangzhou ??????

Stayed for a night, great service from XiaoYan & XiaoCheng! They upgraded my room for free and help me with my heavy luggages! Room is clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is also amazing, walking distance to the malls and famous West Lake. Restaurant staffs and security guard were nice and helpful too! Will come back again!

Located right beside the mall entrance, but for travelling around have to go via underpass as there are no pedestrain crossing. Room was not that big but sufficient for a short stay. Clean and modern design. Soundprood was bad and can hear door opening/closing/ppl walking.
