Shower room water flow not smooth coz some flood. Dust can be found here and there. Sound proof is weak, can hear people walk pass and talking outside. Also can hear car passing by.
Breakfast is nice and many choices. Staff is helpful and friendly.
Overall is overrated. Can get better hotel with same price.

I recently stayed at the ParkRoyal Collection Kuala Lumpur and had a wonderful experience. The standout feature of this hotel is undoubtedly the staff. From the front desk to the corridors, everyone is incredibly helpful and friendly. I especially want to give a shout-out to the housekeeping team—they always greeted me with the warmest smiles whenever we crossed paths in the hallway, which truly made me feel at home especially as a solo traveler.
The only thing to be mindful of is the breakfast service. It can get very packed, especially during peak hours. I’d recommend managing your time properly and heading down a bit earlier to avoid the long waiting queues. Other than that, it was a great stay in a great location!

Had a great stay at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Kuala Lumpur. The check-in and check-out process was quick and efficient, and the hotel is conveniently located near major shopping centres and a wide variety of dining options.
We were initially assigned a room with an air-conditioning issue, but upon requesting a room change, the matter was handled promptly and professionally, and we were kindly upgraded as well. The entire process was smooth, fast, and efficient. Many thanks to the reception staff who assisted with the request, truly appreciated.

I love the location of Parkroyal Collection — it’s right near Bukit Bintang and within walking distance to malls and famous eateries like Damascus. Super convenient if you like to explore on foot.
The room I stayed in was a bit smaller but the modern layout made it comfortable and functional, so it wasn’t an issue at all. Breakfast was great with a wide variety of choices — memang banyak selection. The mattress and pillows were best giler, very comfortable and gave me a really good night’s sleep.
For ev car owners, not to worry there are chargers available. Cuma car park size dia agak sempit muat muat kereta.
Overall, a pleasant stay and highly recommended for those who want a central location and comfort.

The hotel was clean and was in a very prominent location in the Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. I went for a business trip the hotel was good for my stay but beyond my expectation Park Royal staff is not that friendly enough.
