衞生：整体衞生状况不错，基本没有大糟点。
设施：酒店设施也就游泳池和健身房以及瑜伽房 吧！其它真不知道。
房间设施应该算齐全吧！基本都有，唯一缺点是热水壶居然是在抽屉里的，奇怪。放拖鞋的居然是在离店前一刻才知道在衣架下面这个柜子里的，原来抽屉拉不开，以为是假抽屉的。害得我投诉没有拖鞋，有些错怪了。但酒店这种抽屉居然要花很大力气才能打开，也应该有责任的吧！另外有几个糟点之一就是两个牀头柜太小，抽屉是假的。其二电视墙居然是镜子的，正对床，让人不经意会产生错觉吓一大跳，这是最差劲的设计。其三是浴室防滑垫找不到，两边墙也没有把手，存在安全隐患。浴室门底部不密封渗水到外面。还有就是插座经常会松动。。。
环境：酒店地处市中心，位置肯定没有问题的，周边不少商场和网红餐饮。酒店内部环境简洁明了衞生。
服务：整体服务还行吧。不过应该还是有些歧视中国人吧！我们定了两间相同大床房，结果给了我们一大一小两个房间，面积起码差五平米以上，没搞懂。而且明明有高楼层，却给我们三楼，窗户面对轻轨，也就是你不能打开窗帘，否则轻轨不时地从你窗前经过。我们只能自我安慰，这是城市轻轨房，我们属于世界上少部分享受这个待遇的人。当然，餐厅服务很不错，大部分服务生反应较快。作为一个酒店连锁集团品牌，希望真的要改进。

Great stay at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Kuala Lumpur. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and good food with many choices. Very convenient location.

酒店地理位置很好，出行很方便。房间乾净，没有异味，床也很舒服。前台和工作人员都很友善，办理入住很快。整体来説性价比不错，会推荐给朋友。

这家酒店的地理位置挺好，步行去：乐天广场约5分钟、柏威年约10分钟、敦拉萨约15分钟，总之周边都是各种商场、美食餐饮，根本来不及逛吃哦。服务较专业，衞生也不错，房间面积也算大，下次来大马，继续入住！

Booked 2 rooms with the same room type but one of the room at level 12 is smaller than the room at level 8. Since we were travelling as a group, we were expecting to get rooms close to each other or at least at the same floor, but the check-in staff told us that the rooms will only be ready at 5pm. We were already at the lobby at 3.30pm and tired from the long journey and there were small children in the group as well. What made us disappointed was that the staff was not apologetic at all for the rooms not being ready. I know its not his fault but you are representing the hotel, so at least show some compassion or empathy? We end up taking rooms at different floors. They could not prepare a baby cot even when we requested during the check-in, he told us to call to request for a baby cot.
I was not expecting this kind of service from Park Royal as the previous time I was here, the service was so much better. This time around, I left disappointed. The check-in staff this time was a Malay guy, he was unfriendly and provided disappointing service. The previous time was an Indian guy and he was so friendly and I felt welcomed and warm with his hospitality.
There was also the issue of the toilet smell for the room at level 12. It smelled of piss. Not sure if it is due to the toilet not cleaned properly or drainage system. As you can see in the photo attached, this part in the toilet was left open just like that. There was also a tear in the bedsheets.
It seems that the hotel can’t maintain good standards.

Good location but room cleanliness can be improved. Room was dusty at the corners and daily housekeeping left hairs on the floor in the toilet and shower areas. Misssed replenishing clean towels on 1 day also.

房间大，还是套间，适合我们家庭出游，门口进出方便，位置很好，10几分钟可以走到阿罗街。就是衞生间布局，面盆周围空间太小，洗漱用品都摆不下。早餐品种还可以再多些就更好了

定的双卧室套房，有点小，只有一个衞生间，但衞生间很大，还有浴缸，楼层有点低了8f，风景比较一般。地段很好，楼下就是snk，柏威年走路5-10分钟，晚上过去很繁华，网红餐厅新峯肉骨茶也在楼下步行5分钟到。
距离双子塔走路得20-30分钟，早餐也不错，就是没有中文标识，服务也很好，没有矿泉水是直饮水。
