还可以，但是晚上叫了个果盘，等了一个半小时才送到，而且送来的香蕉还是坏的，这点令我很不满意，这是五星级酒店的服务？

位置很好，离玄武湖很近，设施较新，但整体水平和希尔顿比差很多。高级豪华双床房52㎡很小，和同价位的希尔顿、诺富特想比不是一个级别，沙发都没有，艺龙的订单基本也都是一层第一间或者最后一间。建议住宿有固定习惯宾客甚选。配图是所谓景观房，可参考。

非常好，尤其是地接服务，陈经理很负责任，一直等送客人到房间，定的房间也特别好，大而且是我们见过的设施最好的香格里拉
