位置不错的家庭旅馆，豪华海景房能看到一点海，有卫生间。普通海景房可能位置更好点，公用卫生间。有个小厅，还可以。

很好的家庭旅馆，共用卫生间，还有厨房，很干净，很舒适。位置特别好，晚上我们在五四广场农行下面吃的饭，很便宜，去五四灯笼那里也很近。很适合对住房不是很挑剔的客户，很有家的味道。表示再去青岛还会选这里。
