老板人很好，热情不过度，再说说房间这是家庭式公寓，我住的是海景房，（有独立卫生间）似乎有点潮但是可能都这样吧，我们两个带个孩子挺好哒，就是不太好停车30块钱一宿木有停车位，小区大门实在是不太好找，我们足足开车绕了两圈，而且这里的路单行线实在多…热水很足，电视不联网，能看见部分五四广场的海……总体来说还是不错的，下次来还住这里～

就跟民宿类似吧，人家自己家改造的，唯一的优势就是在住的地方就能看到海，其他的跟宾馆设施差不多

家庭公设施简单，地理位置很好，停车需要花时间找，边上大厦停车一小时8元。离五四广场很近，去奥帆中心很方便 周边配套也很全。

不错，周边环境也好，卫生也不错，很适合家庭住房，比较方便，一家人住这里挺好的，就是差个冰箱，有些买回来的东西需要个冰箱
