是在小区里的，感觉就是私人买了房改成旅馆。没有招牌更没有前台。打车到小区门口电话联系，房东让我们找到那一幢，上到15楼，他来接我们。楼道采光不好，黑乎乎的。因为夫妻俩加一个宝宝一位老人，订了欢乐家庭套房a。房号15c，开门进去后，右手边第一间是另外一位租客的。左边一条走道，旁边是厨房和卫生间。然后就是我们的两个房间。虽然卫生间就我们用，但要和别人共用一个进户大门，去卫生间或者厨房，都可能遇到另外一位租客。而且所有的房门都很紧，需要用很大力才能关上。导致会被别人的开门关门声打扰到。
我们的大房间有个大阳台，可以看到五四广场五月的风的雕塑，位置还是不错的。楼下不远有个美食汇，里面有简餐和肯德基。小区里也比较干净。阳台有晾衣架，但如果窗开着，海风很潮湿，衣服根本晾不干。
卫生间的灯光太暗，设施也比较简陋。
退房那天一大早，因为宝宝腹泻，打电话给房东问他最近的药店在哪里。房东说他已经在来的公交车里了，（退房时要检查设施和退押金，）问我们大概几点退房。我们说大概10点。等10点和房东联系，他说他快到了。一等就是半小时。期间打过他两次电话没接。打第三次时接了，说还有5分钟就到了。结果又等了10多分钟才来。幸亏我们自由行也不赶飞机或火车，不然真是白白耽误那么多时间！

公共卫浴相当不方便 设施也是很旧很简单的 并且公寓价格也不是很公道 卫生条件真是一般般 误定这种公寓也真是很无语啦
