房间真的不是普通的小，没有独立卫生间，老板倒是不错，但是要特别提出投诉携程的客服，介绍我这家酒店跟我说有独立卫生间，这不是欺骗吗？有点过分

地理环境不错 离五四广场很近，4-5分钟就可以到。还可以看到海景。老板老板娘很热情，给了很多有用的建议，很愉快的一次住宿经历，如果以后到青岛，还会来的。

以前总是住酒店，第一次尝试这种公寓，除了不好停车之外（好不容易找了个地儿，第二天市南大队贴了个违停单）都很好，老板老吴人很好，房间干净利落，还有厨房，尤其是带小孩子的，熬个粥煮个蛋还是很方便的，若共用卫生间的房客是个文明有素质的就更好了，不过这与此房无关，纯属运气。总之感觉很好，性价比还行，已推荐给朋友。
