不好！
1:房间比较不规整，是斜的！
2:刚开业的5星级酒店纱窗，窗帘都不是电动的，还用手去拉！电话都还是有线的！
3:房间内感觉跟那种经济型酒店差不多，高大上感觉没有！
4:特别特别提醒，我们订的是两天，但只给我们送了一次水果和一份宝格丽的洗面产品，打电话过去问呢，客服说你这个是一个订单，只能给你一次，如果你要续住的话，请你分两次订单来定！觉得没那么人性化
好！
1: 15楼有个无边际泳池！
2: 早餐还可以！

有到机场的免费大巴，服务特别好，还赠送水果宝格丽洗漱用品，有四个大泳池还有一个无边泳池，早餐真的太丰富了，到11点真的特别好

酒店亲子活动很多，小朋友很喜欢。酒店每个部门的员工都亲切热情。唯一美中不足的就是儿童餐厅的儿童餐种类太少，特别是中式儿童餐很少

我真的挑不出任何问题！硬件设施，服务，环境，卫生，真心好！带了两个宝贝，玩的太开心，果断又续住两天！唯一希望酒店可以继续保持现在现有的状态！以后来三亚，酒店不二之选！

性价比挺高的一家酒店，是属于亲子的酒店。服务态度很好，到达酒店服务员还献上了鲜花。中餐厅的菜品不错。唯一不太好的就是入住的时候等候的时间有些久。从办理入住手续到进到房间花了两个多小时。
