初到时，各位接待员工非常热情，还帮你带一串花环。后几天坐出租回来，工作人员也积极迎接。我们住的房间是没有阳台的，这一点是不太好，但是提供了免费洗衣服务。作为情侣出游，与酒店主打亲子旅游是有点格格不入，尤其是大多数人都是带着小孩子的。酒店有沙滩，每天都要去一次，楼顶上的游泳池也可以，总的来说很不错。

下午四点到前台拿房间被告知要等一个小时，房间卫生没有做出来。早餐的东西恶心，餐具脏得要死，找半天没有干净的盘子。

特别的还好，和闺蜜一家去的，住了两天，个人方面都挺好另外两天定了隔壁的网红酒店就没他们家好，服务特别点赞。和闺蜜说好了明天去就都住在这了

入住第一天就深刻感受到还是我大三亚的酒店贴心，宝格丽免费送，水果、点心、蛋糕，鲜花、红酒全都免费送，房间冰箱的东西免费送，给小朋友安排的亲子活动游戏每天从早到晚都有，仁恒把做地产的用心也做到了酒店上，还有美丽温柔的重庆美女阿弗洛狄忒，让我们一家人都觉得她很贴心，每天都好询问我们的入住情况。下次还会来，就这里啦。

酒店很好，服务也特别棒。
带着孩子出行几乎什么都可以不用带，泳圈，游乐场，挖沙玩具都有，免费领取。服务态度超级好，热情又周到，完全为客人考虑，连客房儿童餐椅都可以送上门。我们忘记带充电器，这边也可以提供。总之带着小小孩出门只适合泡酒店，那么仁恒皇冠大概是性价比最高的选择了。
