入住就有欢迎花环 以为到了泰国 ，房间干净整洁，设施比较新，阳台大可以看到海，十五楼有无边泳池简直爽呆了，儿童设施比较多非常适合亲子，宝宝用品也都齐全如果去入住什么都不用带直接用酒店的，离市区太远了，想去吃个海鲜车费就要一百多，离免税店近但不提供接驳车去免税店，要打车或者步行，这个天气走路简直会疯啊，所以还是乖乖打车吧，建议傍晚没太阳的时候去沙滩边玩玩，那里的沙滩区别于亚龙湾，非常平缓，也没砂石，很适合光脚走进去，一切都很棒，儿子玩的不肯走了

是一家非常适合亲子的酒店，有丰富的儿童活动，泳池免费提供救生衣和臂圈。房间设施齐全，布局合理，还提供洗面奶和防晒霜。阳台很大，有晾衣架。房间一天打扫两次，清洁人员超级热情。唯一有点遗憾的是，儿童泳池的卫生还要加强管理，有许多的破碎气球和小虫子。

此行住了三个酒店，皇冠是住的最舒服自在的，一进大堂就感觉到热情的服务，很快办理好check in手续直接进了房间，没有等待。房间整体宽敞，虽然说没有特别高级的设施，但住的很舒服，冰箱里的饮料和小食会每天补充，酒店的早餐也非常丰富，大堂吧happy hour的环境也很不错。值得一提的是酒店亲子做的超棒，虽然我们孩子大了没参加，但是看着也很欢乐！下次有机会还会再来体验。

环境优美。早餐丰富。适合带娃入住，节目丰富。离免税店也很近。外出就餐边上的环球美食也不错。酒店服务也很好很热情。
