酒店很大，绿化很好，房屋设备也很新，早餐也没有评论中说的那么差，总体感觉非常棒。就是沙滩无法下水，最后一天房屋里有蟑螂，希望酒店重视。作为度假酒店非常舒适，但要是下海还是得住亚龙湾那边，有机会可以都体验一下。

酒店泳池不错，类型多，还有温泉。早餐做工精细，可惜品种不多，且超过1．2米的学生就收全价182，非常不合理。我住过不少于十多二十家五星级酒店，从没一家出现这样的问题。酒店的服务有待改进，定的2间房，办理入住时，订的另一件房尚未清理干净，待做好卫生后，前台竟打电话通知我到前台取房卡，而不是提供上门服务，这也是我在其他酒店从未遇到过的。
除此之外，其他还是不错的，是一家值得入住的酒店。

水龙头放出来的水是黄的，换了一个房间水还是黄，酒店给的解释是时间长了，管道生锈，都夜里十二点了，实在不想折腾了，将就着睡了。床上有小蟑螂，睡醒第二天身上有不知道什么虫子叮的小红点。早餐种类少，这次酒店住的，可以说很差了，没想到这个价格的酒店，还会有这样的问题。

酒店的泳池、草坪、沙滩非常值得称赞，尤其是泳池，大人小孩都可以玩的尽兴，小哥也比较负责，能一直玩到晚上11点。唐宫的早餐一般，假期跟抢似的，位置也紧张，行政楼专属的餐厅好多了。图书室没开放。总体给到4.5-4.7分

海棠湾较早的酒店，风景超好，泳池多多，和亚龙湾酒店相比，人少房便宜。性价比超高，
