海棠湾9号，5年前住过，再次入住感觉不如以前，酒店很多设施老久了，房间床前登上有大片油印，卫生间马桶盖不是缓降的，毛巾很薄。园景房对面是工地。风景和环境还是不错的，不过这边的沙滩粗糙，浪大不能下海游泳。

特别差评 每年都来都是住着个酒店的 今年提前定了六天 特意打电话要求备注了大床房再加一个床 入住当天安排的双床 备注只有加床 没有大床 忍了 这是入住的第二日 房间依旧很多小飞虫 在沙滩泳池根本连买水的都没有 打电话叫送 前后等了一个多小时 态度很不好 曾经的服务态度一点都没有了 连续四年八次入住这里 从这次开始不会再来这个酒店了 太让人失望了 硬件越来越破没有妥善维护 反而降低了服务质量 房间的飞虫 备注只记录收费的问题 超级差评

带父母来旅游，床品不错，是桑蚕丝的被子，拖鞋防滑。温泉入室这个还是不太确定，因为入室的温泉不可能那么烫，有待确认，房间装修偏中式，父母喜欢。独立沙滩，不错！！！！早餐丰富，不错！！！！

这个酒店的位置和卫生以及环境还是不错的，就是服务差得很，要求多，又不准带外卖，早餐更恶心，一个3岁小孩居然一定要购票，小孩吃个早饭要91元，太莫得人情味了，那个家庭出门难免要带小孩，买点零食也很正常，买给方便面吃也很正常是吧，太恶心了
