环境优雅，景色宜人，大堂服务生态度很好，车刚到就跑过来帮忙拿行李。室内空间大，卫生也好，特别是床很舒服。要不是已经定了蜈支洲岛珊瑚酒店，真想多住几天。一楼自助海鲜味道鲜美，只是有点小贵，会推荐给朋友，下次来三亚一定会来这多住几天。

酒店很漂亮，各种硬件设施都不错，房间还有温泉水，可以泡澡。公共区域的泳池也很漂亮，海滩比较小，另一边就是军事管理区不让靠近。硬伤就是服务跟不上，就像图片里说的基本没啥服务，还会跟你推销去蜈支洲岛的船票水上项目票。但早餐很不错，各种挺多，口味也很好

酒店客房部很热情，艺龙的服务也非常好，去之前，孩子生病，客房部和艺龙都积极沟通更改入住日期。之前已经很久不用艺龙了，这次又重新使用，服务太棒了。酒店有私人海滩，有车去免税店和蜈支洲岛，环境非常棒。

真是五星级的酒店，房价也是不便宜，酒店出去有自己的沙滩，游泳池有好几个……提醒要居住的朋友早一点下订单，一天一个价越来越贵，住了2晚，一晚698，一晚1098
