入住体验非常非常满意。过年期间前台人员还给小朋友送了礼物。酒店很高档，主要是接待外宾的，大堂还有一架古典钢琴，看上去很上档次，接待人员服务很标准，酒店环境很整洁。定的是靓上海江景套房，一室一厅，正对黄浦江，晚上可以欣赏江景和陆家嘴的繁华，房间很安静，窗帘是电动的，浴缸前还有电视机，洗浴用品也很高档，一次性拖鞋很厚，房间还有冰箱，咖啡机，熨斗，书籍，保险箱等，床和枕头都很舒服，就是被子有点少，只有一条。小朋友很喜欢这个套房，都赖着不肯走。早餐不多，但很美味，都很精致，尽吃管饱，有肉类，果汁，面食，油条，菜，牛奶，咖啡，海鲜，水果等。总体很舒适，价格在同地段同档次的酒店里算良心价的，我在网上订的，更优惠。之后还会选择这家。

酒店位置很好，房间设施齐全，外滩景色一览无余。前台服务也非常好。只是早餐部一位女性员工（应该是主管）的某些不卫生行为刚好不小心被我看到了，我想其他人也会看到。 总体来说很满意。下次还会再来的。

酒店没有停车场确实很是个硬件上的不足，房间和服务很好，还请服务员帮忙打开了红酒瓶，在这个位置又是过年的时候，应该说价格还是比较合适的。
