位置极佳的酒店，订的外滩景观房，正对外滩，晚上的夜景很震撼；外滩的景观灯可以直接照亮房间；房间里的音响很赞，营造出很浪漫的气质……房间的设施略显老化，但考虑酒店建成的时间，保养仍算良好，只是早餐简单了点。

只能说：失望！这次春节期间，我们一大家订了两间房间，十二点过去，直到两点半才拿到一张房卡，大堂服务员的态度很一般，然后发生的事情更让人意外，我们入住后一段时间，房间门竟然被陌生人刷卡打开了，太啊！简直不敢相信。信好当时我们人在，而且没有发生什么意外，简直失望到底了。找前台理论，竟然说是因为客人姓名相同导致的失误，我想说你骗谁呢，没有身份证号吗？其中还有一间房间的空调是坏的，晚上根本无法入睡，夜间还有黄浦江轮船的鸣笛声，吵的更加无法入睡，这家酒店真的是太失望了。差评。以后不会再来了。
