地理位置很好，离外滩和渡口都超近。但是停车不方便，需要自行停在外滩停车场，然后步行到酒店，这点不方便。双床房的床超级窄，宽不到1m吧，其他都很好。

前年第一次入住印象不错，这次直接选择第二次入住！虽是四星，但酒店很多细微之处软件硬件上的服务不逊五星。江景套房景色无敌！但此次入住1508有些异味，另外，一层行李服务人员个别班次服务意识很差，只顾低头看手机，甚至老人孩子走到门口也不知道帮助开门，而且连问候语都没有，有损整体服务形象。相比三楼前台各服务人员体贴热情的服务形成鲜明的反差
