硬件还是很好的，服务就很一般，专业性不差但缺少热情，洲际又不是超一流酒店，何必装这个腔调，何况真正的超一流酒店的服务都是很亲切热情的。早餐真是不满意，从品种到味道到管理都只能是4星半的水平，还比不上低半档的皇冠假日。
