硬件还是很好的，服务就很一般，专业性不差但缺少热情，洲际又不是超一流酒店，何必装这个腔调，何况真正的超一流酒店的服务都是很亲切热情的。早餐真是不满意，从品种到味道到管理都只能是4星半的水平，还比不上低半档的皇冠假日。

艺龙行政房间照片与酒店房间不符合，不能饶恕。
酒店楼下施工早上七点到下午五点一直施工，破坏混凝土路面特别吵闹！午休没休息好，早晨也没睡好。不能忍受！
早餐种类不多，一般。交通不是特别方便。
行政服务还是不错的，下午茶晚餐都不错。
总体来说不是很推荐了。
