不知道是不是新酒店的问题，礼宾部，客房部的人始终都是慢吞吞的，而且酒店除了行政楼层，其他的房间很大的甲醛味道，还有被子的被套，感觉都没有换… 居然后有大姨妈留来的印记，像这样的酒店真应该好好注意这些细节，相比丽思卡尔顿、和浦东凯宾斯基、W、万豪真心不能比…哎～

入住后浴袍脏过敏，前厅部经理张宏亮态度恶劣，后续是警方协助处理，这位经理傲慢的表示过敏与公司无关，不愿意付医药费也不愿意交出脏浴袍让我去化验
