由于火车票迟迟没有买到，导致行程发生变化，提前7天跟艺龙和酒店说能否协调取消，先是转让3天说不能转让，既然不能转让为什么前面可以，转让3条后不行。第二，这酒店是有多难定么，还是没有客人，我都提前7天询问是否能取消还是不行，我知道是我个人原因，我愿意收手续费或者哪怕罚一半都行，可是还是不行这也太不人性化了吧，现在火车票飞机票哪怕电影票都能退或者转让只要在一个期限内，就酒店不行，我都提前那么久。唉，钱是小事，失望而已

我给你们酒店留过N次联系方式，包括发票信息你们都有的。因为客人吸烟就多收一天的房费，多收一天房费已经很过分了，服务员的态度还极其差，究竟谁是客人都闹不清楚，还能当行政楼的服务员，简直是无语了。你们就是这样对待回头客的吗？我退房时间是3/12，房间号是1780，别的联系方式你们自己查吧。
