我给你们酒店留过N次联系方式，包括发票信息你们都有的。因为客人吸烟就多收一天的房费，多收一天房费已经很过分了，服务员的态度还极其差，究竟谁是客人都闹不清楚，还能当行政楼的服务员，简直是无语了。你们就是这样对待回头客的吗？我退房时间是3/12，房间号是1780，别的联系方式你们自己查吧。
