做为一家五星级酒店还是觉得有点失望的。1.门童形同虚设，看到客人到店不会主动迎接，只会傻傻的站在那里。两次寄存行李后去取，行李岗上都没人，需要去四处找服务员。不过前台人员态度挺好，还是值得表扬的。2.大堂比较大气，符合五星级标准，但是房间里设施比较陈旧。建议翻新更换垃圾桶等。都已经掉漆非常严重了。3.房间总体空间尚可，卫生间大，反而显得卧室偏小了。4.总体卫生还算可以，但是遥控器盒等上面有灰而且看起来应该是很久没有擦了。扣分。5.建议更换靠垫，看起来很旧。降低档次。6.由于五一期间入住，早餐餐厅人很多，补餐不太及时导致经常空盘。总体而言，不值八百多这个价格，各人觉得四五百比较合适。性价比一般。
