酒店很不错，服务态度较好，早餐比较干净，样品也较多，缺点吹风机吹的是冷风，上午想休息走廊一直放着音乐，烦死。

一行人选择预订了这个酒店入住，特别不错！前台服务员非常热情，帮忙把房间安排在一起，而且小孩子入住的房间，还分别送了洗漱用品，服务非常周到。一行人在二楼餐厅吃了晚饭，推出的美食活动，口味不错而且价格也很实惠！吃住都可以选择酒店消费，而且还可以品尝到正宗杭帮菜！

很舒服的酒店，到哪儿都挺方便。酒店房间有些小，可能因为有些年头了吧，不过还是挺干净的。浴缸很让人惊喜，不过卫生间空间实在太大，觉得有些浪费。服务也不错。手表落房间了，车子刚开出酒店就接到电话。

酒店订晚了，提前2天预订的，比提前3天预订偏高不少。服务员热情周到，小朋友们还去了游泳池玩耍，早餐是相当的不错，提供的双早一家三口都能免费享用，很人性化的服务。订房退房办理神速，大堂布置豪华，下次还会入住。
