跟同事出差入住，酒店问题多多。1 早餐因为接待团体活动，人超级多，食材也差，取食物要排队长时间；2 房间内冰箱锁住，还要申请解锁；3 无线网络超级差，开会掉线多次；4 房间开关有几个是坏的；5 卫生间照明开关在卫生间内部，不方便晚上去卫生间；7 因为以上问题，我们要取消第二天入住，前台同意，但是不同意退第二天使用购买的早餐券，而且态度很蛮横；最后害得我们当天下午再次到酒店后才给解决，浪费了很多时间。等等吧，问题很多。可能是新酒店，光鲜的外表下是一星的服务，二星的装修设计。

服務水平有待提高，房間的開關設置不合理，洗手間的開關要走到洗手間裡面開，房燈開關要在床頭開。早餐食物檔次低，人擠，安排混亂
