给开元酒店大大的赞
家里有年纪大的人退房的时候把包落在房间里，包里还有近8000现金。等到了上海才刚想起来。于是马上联系了酒店，酒店的前台和大堂经理立即帮我们查询处理，找到包后，得知有现金且现金不可快递后，主动提出帮忙存到酒店附近的银行里，然后把包寄给我们。整件事处理非常及时，也体现了服务顾客，想顾客所想，急顾客所急。特此感谢前厅部经理丁二伟，客房部服务员梁孝祝，总机宋烨飞。谢谢你们的高效服务，大大的??
