差死了，尤其前台，退房没个先来后到顺序的，开始只一个人结账，我排第二位等候，来个前台大哥直接从第三个人开始办，提醒他要按顺序还不高兴了怼客人，专票开不出来也不挂个牌提醒，好容易排到结账了给我说发票暂时拿不到，那不浪费我时间白等么，强调了要水单也忘记给我，真是无语啊
