特别感谢酒店的硬件设施很好，每个房间都有小院子。我有幸被升级为豪华大床房，在六号楼的独立小院，很有家的意味。酒店在公园里，有山有水，景色优美。
服务周到温馨，房间内饮料免费，下午茶免费，睡前饮品免费。
员工友善热情。特别是陈战水师傅，帮我把遗忘的在路边的手包送回，还谢绝我的现金酬谢。非常感动！一定会再来

特别感谢酒店的陈战水师傅！我在酒店院子里拍照，手包忘在了花坛边，包里有现金、手机、银行卡和证件。陈师傅帮我把包送到房间时，我还不知道遗忘包的事情，我非常感动，想现金酬谢，又被陈师傅婉言谢绝。非常感谢陈师傅！感谢酒店的高素质服务！
酒店坐落在镜湖湿地公园内， 山水俱佳，景色宜人。虽是冬季，路边的小花依旧星星点点绽放，不觉萧索。酒店的硬件很棒，很多独立的房子很有情调，每个房间都有个小院子。员工友善，服务周到，下午有免费下午茶，晚上有免费的睡前饮品。
我一定会带家人再来度假的！

天气太热的时候去的，很多室外游乐项目都不能玩，就坐了一个船，结果就热成狗了，相信秋高气爽的时候来一定不错。环境OK，就是有点偏，吃东西是个问题。
