我每年来一两次住，因为离弟弟家走路几分钟。这次前台小马给升了楼层，房间好像更好些，非常感谢她。但这家酒店最不舒服的是枕头，一个躺下特矮，一个特高，我每次找两块浴巾叠起来枕着。特别希望酒店更换枕头。酒店管理者如果有心自己睡一次就知道了。细节决定成败这个道理人人知道吧。还有早餐比以前差多了，也望改进。
