Upon checking into our room, we noticed a strong cigarette odor. However, the staff handled the situation with such professionalism and care that it truly amazed us.
Every team member we encountered was exceptionally polite and attentive, making us feel truly valued as guests. I especially want to highlight the bell desk staff and our shuttle driver, Mr. Huang Cheng. His kindness and willingness to accommodate our needs while traveling with two active toddlers made a world of difference.
Mr. Huang’s warm welcome and calm demeanor set the tone for a pleasant experience, and we genuinely appreciated his efforts to make our journey smoother. His attention to detail and concern for our comfort did not go unnoticed.
Overall, it was the outstanding staff who turned a potentially negative situation into a wonderful experience. Thank you all for your exceptional service! We’ll definitely be back.

再一次和朋友约着滑雪来了希尔顿。前台小姐姐帮我们升了房间，服务态度特别好，还送了欢迎水果。房间乾净整洁，客房服务很好，工作态度认真，会推荐更多滑雪朋友来入住！

酒店的位置距离滑雪场很近，这是我选择它的主要原因。房间设施齐备，床品非常的乾净柔软，浴缸也很舒服，洗澡水很热，洗漱用品也非常的nice。尤其值得夸赞的是，酒店的自助早餐品类极其丰富，而且是到早上11点才结束。接待人员Winnie，热情专业，还免费为我们提供了延迟退房，值得称赞。需要改进的是，大门口的工作人员，一堆人站在门口，竟然没人主动引导我去出口。稍显尴尬。

非常满意的酒店，房间很大，浴室四分离，视野开阔，窗外就是会展，俯瞰楼下小公园。早餐非常丰盛，麪包品种丰富，还有广式早餐推车。酒店的服务留下深刻印象，走到哪里都笑脸相迎，前台约错了班车时间，司机小哥专门送了我一次。Yerin Zora和Irene帮我找回了掉在健身房的耳机。健身房的小姐姐非常贴心的带我参观了泳池。楼下是中港通巴士找点，还有班车去雪场。行政酒廊也很值得，直接解决了晚餐。

非常满意酒店的整体服务，尤其是前台的Vicky Zhou，她亲切有礼，经验丰富，不单主动为我们安排商务车去邻近的华发滑雪场，当我们在外面遇到问题，她也能即时为我们安排跟进，真的太感谢她的帮忙。另外也要感谢Edison Luo，即使我们突然改变行程，需要取消原定的安排。他也能在短时间内为我们安排车回酒店，对于我们不是本地人来说，实在帮上个大忙呢！
另外酒店3楼的自助早餐和1楼的中菜厅很赞，味道和卖相也很不错，值得推荐??

今次跟朋友庆生，预早发信息请酒店布置一下房间，
酒店方面把房间升了级，还送上小蛋糕。
国展北站距离市中心有点远，不过酒店有室内游泳池，
房间又大，即使近机场，也没有半分噪音，弥补了不足。
对面有会展湾花园里商场，吃饭或叫外卖均十分方便；
邻近前海冰雪世界，玩雪之余不妨在此住一晚。

酒店很新，周边餐厅比较少，出门需要打车。 到这里来很多都是为了去华发滑雪，离滑雪场不到2公里。 房间空间适中，衞生乾净，客服送需要的物品速度挺快。 游泳池和健身房。

来深圳参加展会，酒店就在展馆对面，三楼有直达展馆的天桥非常方便，早餐超级丰富，住了五天每天都可以不重样，服务人员很热情，是来深圳参加展会的最理想的酒店
