两次去深圳探望孩子，这次入住了隐秀酒店，出行方便，房间很宽敞，楼下还能有机器人送外卖，设施很全，前台小姐姐Elsa，小怡服务非常专业，笑容灿烂，礼宾alin在我下滴滴的时候就立马帮忙拿行李，为大堂的服务员们点赞??

出差几天，住的最满意的一次，怎么没早点发现这宝藏酒店呢。特别是前台的小姐姐Elsa和小怡，既美丽大方，又热情招待，小帅哥（罗林）服务好又积极主动，酒店还有三个餐厅，室内泳池，设施也全，感觉非常舒服，棒棒的。

作为一家五星级酒店 服务有很多美中不足 大堂的人手在节日高峰期间要加强安排 房间整体还可以 不过设施更新上有待改善 有些地方看上去明显非常残旧 景观开阳 高尔夫湖景不错 。 酒店的自助晚餐，值得一试 几经波折最后成功吃到 酒店自助餐的大厨负责人为这家酒店加了不少分 虽然没有名贵的海鲜 但全部新鲜 足料 大件 他亲自上阵送菜收碟 还会问客人是否好吃 非常用心经营 令我全晚吃自助餐炸的体验非常好

八家朋友约一起住了两个晚上。入住那天是五一假期第一天，酒店满员，入住的时候还有几间房没有打扫出来。本来是有些不高兴的，前台经理吕晶晶主动加了微信然后一直跑上跑下帮协调放行李、调整房间和督促做房，一直跟进到八家人都安排妥当。做好房间后安排房卡和水果送到手上，后面两天又每天主动询问居住体验，最后走了还送了小礼物。就冲吕经理这种敬业精神和服务意识一般不写评价的也特地要来代表八家人点名给个五星好评。另：酒店很适合带孩子，第二天下雨不出门孩子们在酒店的儿童乐园和室内泳池都能玩一天。

挺不错的，适合度假，有山可爬有湖可看有美食可吃，竟然还有幢徽派古宅在酒店里，就是没法看到里头长什么样有点可惜。非常感谢大堂经理戴超伟和胡凡的贴心招待，还没入住就开始1v1随时服务，赞～给酒店提个意见：高峰期行政酒廊的服务也要跟上啊，水果点心都缺了服务经理急个不行，顾客也挺郁闷的，最后人都快走完了大厨才做好补上

亲子房宝宝很喜欢，酒店可以玩的东西比较多，建议至少住两晚，工作人员都很热情，大厅经理戴超伟和另外一位男经理都很专业周到，酒店里面的餐厅也很不错。
