酒店各项设施条件都很好。酒店院内有比较大的停车场。服务也很好。一个酒店两个名字，我们差点儿搞错，以为是把车停到别的酒店的停车场了。

前台接待服务有待提高…我从进店到住房一个小时
我来了以后 接待了两波比我后来的 疫情期间我能理解要查各种证明 我的工作证 绿色通行码 以及身份证都给了 希望得到一个比较满意的回复??建议您培训一下接待服务

设施老旧简单，服务慢态度是可以的，就是动作非常慢，半个小时拿不到卡，忙忙这个又去处理那个，最后一个没处理好，上楼后房卡用不了又走一趟前台，直接气炸。第二天入住其他酒店住不了，因为这家退房后没有给我在官网上退房，又打了个电话沟通……
