服务死板，办理入住时才被告知没有大床只有双床。之前在香格里拉遇到类似情况酒店是办理直接升级到套房。马哥孛罗酒店前台冷冰冰的说只有双床房,要升级行政大床加钱。而且有一份单人早餐!酒店从业者死板，不能解决客人需求，我为什么不去住如家精品，至少还有点如沐春风的感觉。
再说设施，双床的两张床非常小（参考香港，虽然离得近但我是在深圳ok?），我们并作一起当大床用。酒店比较陈旧，开关分散，而且是老开关，开得出年代感……卫浴空调什么都还可以，就是房间逼仄，浴缸小。同等价位建议选择可能星级没那么高但是更新的酒店，因为现在中国人对酒店的要求真的不只是前台挂着的五颗星。
