酒店距离?地铁站比较远， ? check-in职员不清楚情况，搞到我哋晚上不能入房，需要重新再check-in多次。?
第日一大清早居然有职员拍门，嘈醒我们，简直离谱，极差！ 怎可能这样！

位置很便捷，周边美食很多，离深大很近，步行到深大玩了半天。房间很大，前台服务周到贴心，打印资料方便，美中不足的是地毯不太乾净，孩子过敏体质，晚上睡觉一身痒，本来订了两夜，过敏休息不好，退了一夜了

My second time here, as like before the hotel is very clean and comfortable, Ms. Kiki was very friendly and professional at the front desk. Easy access to food, just a 3-minute-long walk.

The price is very reasonable for the quality, the room is spacious and quiet, and the design feels truly luxurious.

设施：高级感拉满，虽然不算是新酒店，设施可能有点土，但设施保养得不错，我认为比不少新酒店还漂亮。
卫生：乾净，一尘不染。
环境：走廊有机器在?烘茶叶，应该算是一种古色古香的空气净化方法，走廊一股清新茶味，本人第一次见，十分欣赏。
唯一缺点就是附近交通不算便利，但基本上我都是打车，所以没有影响
服务：前枱职员服务有礼，帮忙搬运要寄存的行李。

The room was clean, spacious, and large enough, with a bathtub for soaking. The facilities were complete, and the front desk staff, Kiki, was friendly, enthusiastic, and efficient. Breakfast was also quite good — overall, it was an excellent stay experience.
