酒店离竹子林地铁站非常近，前台和客服服务员都挺好，热水也很好👍；设施比较旧，客房面积小，与正规五星还是有一定差距的，当然就价格而言，我说：对得起这个价格。

住过体验感最差的五星酒店，没有之一，就是最差。先是打电话到客房预定说没有普通房间，要定豪华的，然后艺龙上就有普通的，就定了普通。定完以后打电话给客房预定打了三个电话反复沟通没有问题，然后朋友到前台去，前台又说查不到单子，我说前台和客房预定联系一下，然后不联系，没有使用我艺龙的订单，强制要求我朋友重新定的付款。大堂经理脸黑的要死，跟欠他钱一样。真的最差最差，这个价位真不建议其他出差的来这儿受罪。再也不会住这家，拉低深圳的服务形象
