订了那么多次，卫生方面，真的一般般，那天床铺下面都是头发，因为比较晚了，也没好叫客服过来看。厕所马桶也是不擦干净的，浴巾有点发黑。其他硬件设备有点老旧了。因为离我住的地方近，接送客人朋友方便。不然五星级真的不会选择这家。当然，一分钱一分货吧，这价格的确相对五星级来说便宜些的。希望卫生方面可以改进。
