几个问题，可见距离五星级酒店还是有距离，垃圾桶不套垃圾袋，很不适应，强迫症感觉这样更不卫生。烧水的水壶小居然还有导致跳匝断电的问题。没有提供合适的枕头，应给予选择，因为对于羽绒枕并不是每个人都睡得惯，建议坚持要上羽绒枕就去亚朵学下，必须要兼顾支撑性，睡的很不好，当然这是个体问题，考虑标榜五星，这些应该是能解决的。另外，要了个应急包，为什么没用包装都没拆就不能退，说是入了账，这是管理的手段，不能加到顾客身上。
