换了三次房间，前两次的房间床单都能找到黑色的污渍，工作人员强行解释说这是绒毛，不是他们没有洗干净，但是地板角落的灰尘还有垃圾真是让人感到十分恶心。并且从始至终前台工作人员没有表达半点的歉意，在我打电话沟通房间卫生打扫不干净后，对方的回应只有“那好我安排你换个房间”。
