为处理一份邮件，可电脑上网折腾半个小时都没法解决，最后用自带的手机热点上网解决。不过感谢IT的小伙子，态度一直很好，很耐心，应该是酒店系统问题。没法想象，一个五星级酒店连这最基本的要求都难以满足，实在费解。
