7月30订的房间，8月4入住，也是全款预定了，这是第一点。订完有打电话确认，是否有双床房，能否安排在一起，都回答可以，这是第二点。
我这边帮亲戚一家人定的，也以为房间都订好的了，登记的时候却被告知没有双床房甚至没有同一楼层的房间，人家带着小孩一家子睡大床房，小孩要一起玩也要跑到不同楼层，说可以加床也是加的折叠床，弄到很尴尬。作为一家五星级酒店我觉得这样的管理和服务是非常混乱和欠缺的。本想在前台发火但是想想也算了，发火也解决不了问题，没培训整改好的话以后也不想再定。
