很新的酒店，软硬件条件都很好。地理位置不错，周围就是商场、超市、影院，很热闹的地方。性价比很高，房间面积也大，在深圳是个好选择。床很舒服，网络速度也不错。唯一的遗憾是泳池还没有开放。

超差的服务！晚上出去玩，同前台说能否帮忙留一个车位，我们会很晚回，怕没地方停车，前台竞直接说这个我们不负责这个，你要去找礼宾！早上没起床竟然两次无敲门直接刷卡进来，看见有人在就问了句是否有衣服要洗就走了！什么**五星，连经济型酒店都不如！所有服务员，保安都认为自己是五星酒店管理者，比人家高个档次一样的跩！
