位置偏僻，虽说冬天去的，但是广东的冬天有时候还是必须要空调的，再三问了有没有冷气，有再入住，说有，但是去到发现冷气无法使用，叫服务员来说冷气坏了，叫我们开窗，还必须签一个什么鬼保证书才能开窗，酸爽的体验，带俩小朋友，开窗怕吹到风了，后来我们坚持要不退房赔偿，要不开冷气，经理才叫来工程部的人开冷气。其实实情就是冷气是中央空调，开了比较费电，所以不肯开，你发飙要投诉才开，好吧……
