简直不能更差的一次体验。
首先艺龙的态度要点个赞，下午到半夜沟通了三次，每次电话都是二十分钟内回复。
因为出现重复预定的事情，首先确实我也有责任，但是下午两次打电话确认是否有重复预定的事项居然都回复说没有也是醉了，预订部和前台也会存在信息不畅的问题着实不应该是这样一家五星酒店应该出现的问题，直接拉低印象分，心情也不爽。
