酒店地段不错 餐厅的服务最好 前台接待很慢 承诺一个小时房间做好 我们出去逛了一圈差不多两个小时回来 还是没有做好 只是承诺帮我们问 帮我们问 又站在大堂等了二十多分钟 才有房 而且期间承诺帮我们问的人 问完了就没有下文了 没有主动服务的意识！感觉大陆地区的香格里拉大酒店服务生都是这个样子 很被动 。下午带孩子想去游泳 游泳接待处的那位男士 我很后悔没有记住他的名字 那个态度冰冷 脸比咸鱼还要臭！！！我们想买泳衣，还很不耐烦的不愿意打开柜子。香格里拉虽然算不上顶尖酒店，好歹也是个五星级，这种员工的素质实在令人吃惊。我们在香港住的四星级 健身部的服务生虽然语言不通，但是非常热情真诚。不懂香格里拉是工资开不够还是怎么样，顾客是上帝，这点没有培训给员工吗？早上吃早餐更加糟糕。因为有一个会议团，排了半个小时才有位置，这还好。关键是那些参加会议的人吃东西和抢一样，又挤又乱，非常吵杂。是不是应该给他们会议的划分个区域。吃个早餐吃出一身汗。我们的房费是不含早的，在酒店用餐，一是为了方便，二是享受服务。清净舒适。结果，和在大排档一样，旁边吐痰的什么的都有！太不好的感受！这是五星酒店该有的样子吗？
