12天了，对同程还是很愤怒，10号晚上订了3个双床房，没收到确认，同程说晚上客服不上班，早上到酒店后只能取消，另订1房间洗漱，考虑到便宜180元，又订了2间双床房。到中午11点，客服打电话说没有了，可改豪华房，大床或双床可选，我同意，因我们是6个大男人，电话中提了三次要求必须双床，客服把我原来的订单取消，推送新的订单，我付款。到下午3点办入住，酒店告知没有双床房，只有大床房，要不每床180元加床，然后一个小时与艺龙客服的沟通，我说提了三次要双床的要求才付的款，客服查后说是有记录要双床，但问我：当时有没有保证一定安排双床，我愣住了，回答：是没有。反正沟通半天，客服也与酒店协调，就是没办法。那我说，我不要可以吧，又是半天，说不可取消，我很生气，你们无法满足我要求还不可取消，不就是1456元钱吗，我住不了，你又不肯退钱，我认输，愤而把早上订的也退了，同程既然不讲理，那钱算我施舍给同程了。三点：一、尽量不要先付钱给中介，无法后悔。二、与客服的通话要保留录音。三、客服的话要仔细理解说清楚。结论：我已卸载同程APP，公众号，不考虑艺龙系的所有服务，向朋友宣传不愉快的经历，惹不起，我躲。再见、同程
